It all takes as many committed people as we can find to work together to make it the great festival that Big Exo Day has been known for over the years.

"I love the opportunity that Big Exo gives you to meet and get to know awesome people in youth work all over NSW. I know that as a part of this event, that I am part of something much greater, that is impacting young people in a massive way. It's bigger than just me or you... and it's so good to be involved like this! Obviously it's a fun experience, it's a roller coaster ride and you make such good friends along the way. I reckon everyone should do it at least once!"
