You could say Sanga is a typical surfy bloke from Newcastle but apart from surfing he has a real gift with youth. He's an incredible leader and teen comunicator. Yes that's right he is the big man; the State Director of Youth Alive. We are honoured and privileged to have Sanga as the State Director as he has lots of vision for the future and an incredible heart for the youth. Sanga is one of the funniest guys around, he is full of incredible stories and good times. But on a serious note Sanga is an amazing man with a lot of talent. Sanga is taking Youth Alive to new heights. You can only expect things to get better when Sanga's in control.
Sandra Hudson is a hero in every sense of the word. She's been on our team now for seven (!?) years managing, planning, creatively directing and outworking all things Big Exo Day, as well as all the other events, initiatives and activities we do. She is a mum of two (Emerald and Evander), husband of Dan, proud and patriotic resident of North Bondi, and generally lives the dream. If you ever feel like being inspired, encouraged and generally uplifted- then Sandra is the one you need to call. She's pretty much the best!
Dave is our Youth Alive marketing man. Joining the dots between our websites, mail-outs, email campaigns, print media, videos and more... Dave is all about figuring out how to spread the word even further about the Big Exo Day, and our other events. Dave is passionate about everyone on the planet living, breathing, eating, dreaming and talking about the Big Exo Day... and all things Youth Alive NSW. Dave generally likes to just talk, eat and play on the internet... and somehow he gets paid to do it for a living...
Nicole is the incredible brain behind the engine room of Youth Alive NSW- our Operations. She's clever, courageous and does all that she does with a smile on her face and a "can do" attitude. She's a girl who knows how to make things happen, and is also a whole lot of fun! Make sure you call Nicole at the office for any ticketing enquiries, or even just for a little plain old financial advice.
Whether it's a team fun-day or the Big Exo Day, "Naams" as she's affectionately known, will plan every single detail from start to finish. She's capable of talking her way out of any situation, carrying a million and one thoughts in her head at once while texting, talking on her hands free, directing crowds, approving run-sheets AND driving in city traffic. She's pretty much the most organised being in the universe, and boy are we glad she works at Youth Alive NSW! Wondering where to park your bus at Big Exo or where to stay at Youth Pastors Retreat? Naams is your gal.
We are so stoked to have this man on our team. If Darren can be summed up in one phrase, he is passionate about high schools. He lives, breathes, sleeps, and dreams of high school ministry. He is one of the most incredible communicaters to young people with a heart to see them reach their full potential. He literally sees multiplied thousands of students each year inspired to live their dreams, and schools keep calling him back and wanting more. Darren also works with our regional coordinators to see more and more youth ministries have an impact in schools. If you need a way to impact your local high school, Darren is definitely your man!
With 19 years experience in speaking to youth in high schools, youth ministries, colleges and universities, Chippa, as he is otherwise known, is an electrifying speaker and author who impacts, empowers and entertains everyone. He's been called a real 'firecracker', and when you hear him you'll know why. Brett is especially passionate about reaching young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and has a unique ability to engage and inspire young people from all different spheres and walks of life.
